Self-Care Literature

There are several books and magazines discussing self-care. It is everywhere. Is it because it is a money-making idea or it is society embracing the truth it needs to survive.? The answer is both. The self-care journey I am embarking upon is much needed, long overdue, and worth the effort. Combining what's needed with what you enjoy (for me, reading) is an excellent pairing.
